AGREEMENT BETWEEN CAMPAIGN MANAGERS & MIRATA LTD
This Website is offered as a paid service to you, the Campaign Manager. Your use of this Website and/or your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorised to use this service.
Mirata Ltd are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any form of damages whatsoever resulting from the use (or misuse) of information contained in or implied by the information on this site.
LIMITATION OF USE
You may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products or services obtained from this Website. Email Parliament should under no circumstances be used as a tool to solicit bulk mail attacks on parliamentary email accounts. The Email Parliament campaign manager is intended for use by legitimate lobbying groups, who have defined strategies for affecting change at governmental level.
Mirata Ltd reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close an account if we believe that a campaign is not within the general public interest. Accounts may also be closed or suspended if a campaign is believed to be detrimental to the overall Email Parliament service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Information on the Email Parliament web site does not necessarily engage the responsibility of Mirata Ltd. While our goal is to keep this information timely and accurate, we cannot guarantee either. If errors are brought to our attention, we will try to correct them.
Some of the documents and multimedia sequences on this web site might contain references, or pointers, to information maintained by other organisations. Please note that we do not control and cannot guarantee the relevance, timeliness or accuracy of these outside materials.
All images, graphics and icons used on the Email Parliament web site have been obtained from a range of sources, and as such it is not always possible to check the ownership or copyright status of such work. If any graphical element on this web site is in breach of any local or international copyright laws, Mirata Ltd will upon request and verification of ownership, remove such content immediately.
There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, made with respect to the materials or any information provided to the Campaign Manager herein.
Mirata Ltd shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of using, copying, distributing, or downloading the content. In no event will Mirata Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage. You agree not to sue, make a claim or take any legal action whatsoever against Mirata Ltd.
PROVISION OF THE CAMPAIGN SERVICE
It is technically impracticable to provide a fault free service and we do not undertake to do so. We will however use our best efforts to procure the repair any reported faults as soon as it reasonably can.
Occasionally we may: (a) change the technical specification of the Email Parliament service; (b) suspend the Email Parliament service for operational reasons such as repair, maintenance or improvement of the service or because of an emergency
Users are responsible for providing suitable computer hardware, software and telecommunications equipment and services necessary to access and use the Service. This Contract does not include the provision of telecommunications services necessary to connect to the Service or to obtain access to the Internet. While we make every effort to support most common browser types and versions, we cannot guarantee that our sites or web applications will render or function as intended in browsers other than the most recent version of Firefox® or Internet Explorer®. While we make every effort to support most operating systems, we cannot guarantee that our sites or web applications will render appropriately or that all website functions will be supported. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for an individual’s PC settings that may cause the site to render inappropriately.
Under no circumstances whatsoever may any registered user share or distribute their user names or passwords to third parties. Any breach of this term will result in the immediate suspension of the account.
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall members distribute the materials contained within this site. Each campaign account is individually licensed and any member found in breach of this term shall have their account suspended immediately.
BESPOKE CODING SERVICE
Clients may request specific alterations to their Email Parliament account for the purpose of extending the functionality, or changing the workflow of the service. This may allow organisations the flexibility to create specific feature sets that are not part of the core Email Parliament system. Mirata Ltd provides bespoke coding that can be purchased in 1 hour intervals. This service is only available at the discretion of Mirata Ltd, and must be requested by the account holder. This service may be discounted should feature requests have a system wide benefit.
END USER VALIDATION
Prior to sending, each email is validated by the end user through a ‘click to accept’ process. Users must use their own postal address to identify their own MP. Any emails which are not validated by the user are discarded after 48 hours. Users also receive a copy of the email sent. User validation is an important integrity check that is embedded within the Email Parliament system, and should not be circumvented, or removed from any client campaign.
Mirata Ltd support must receive all requests for refunds, via email or an online request within 7 days after purchase. Refunds will only be considered for user accounts that have not been used. If you have already used your account then you will not be entitled to a refund. We do not offer refunds for accounts that have been partially used in any way, or users who are experiencing technical difficulties.
We highly recommend that you view the demo system before placing an order. By doing so, you can make sure that the system meets your expectations and is compatible with your equipment and software.

Our response times vary according to the nature of your enquiry, however we aim to respond within at least 24 hours.
